What does Green with Envy Home Store ship?
All of our products can be shipped within the continental United States. We are currently working on Canadian shipments.
When will your order ship?
Over 95% of our in stock orders placed before 2 PM (EST) ship that day. But some exceptions exist such as but not limited to custom orders including flooring, carpeting, insulation and bedding. We will directly contact you if a shipping issue exists with any order
How do we ship?
Green with Envy Home Store has partnered with Federal Express to provide the best possible shipping experience. We also ship via LTL carriers for larger orders.
What are your shipping rates?
Quite simply, our shipping rates are some of the lowest in our industry. We understand the issues with shipping products and have developed a shipping platform that charges the least possible cost for our great customers.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will forward the tracking number after the order has been processed and shipped.
Are your packing materials recycled?
Yes. We reuse packing materials that have been shipped to us in our own orders. Please reuse the packing materials for your future shipping needs.
Green with Envy Home Store Return Policies
We hope you love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Green with Envy Home Store. If you receive an item that you are dissatisfied with you may return it within (30) days of purchase date to Green with Envy Home Store for a refund or exchange within our current store guidelines.
We accept returns of new, unused items in original manufacturer’s packaging for a full refund**. The original receipt must accompany the return and refunds will be issued in your original payment form. If the return was a result of our error, we will pay for the shipping to your location as well as the return shipment to Green with Envy Home Store. If the incorrect product was ordered, the shipping cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The initial shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customers.
**Custom Orders, including carpeting, tinted paints, flooring and mattresses cannot be returned and no refunds will be issued. If the product is defective in material or workmanship, the product will be subject to the manufacturer’s terms and guidelines.
